Terms and Conditions Section 1 Scope of Application of the Terms and Conditions The services and offers of Elisabeth Villar Connected are provided exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. Section 2 A binding contract is concluded upon submission of your order via the internet. You are therefore obligated to pay for the ordered service and to accept the service. By placing your order, you expressly confirm that you are of legal age and are aware of the scope of the order. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law. Section 4 Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation of the Contract You can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours by notifying me via email. Section 5 Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation of the Contract Payment is generally accepted via prepayment, PayPal (credit card), or cash on site.
Section 6 Appointment After placing your order, I will contact you within 48 hours on weekdays to schedule an appointment. Section 7 Payment / Reminders Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal (credit card), or cash on site. If you choose bank transfer, I will provide my bank or postal details in the order confirmation. If payment has not been received in my account, you will receive a payment reminder via email. Section 8 Healing Effects / Warranty Obligations No guarantee of healing is given. I do not replace a doctor or therapist, nor do I make diagnoses or prognoses. I am a trained healer and a certified coach who will support you during a difficult time.
Section 9 Interactions My services are not a substitute for medication or a visit to the doctor. However, they can positively influence medical treatment and its course. Physical and mental health issues should be addressed by a doctor or therapist. If you are taking medication, please discuss any potential interactions with your doctor or pharmacist. Section 10 Events For events, the respective terms and conditions of the event organizer apply. Section 11 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law The place of jurisdiction is Rapperswil at all times. Swiss law applies.
