About me:

​I believe in connectedness.

I felt it as a child, long before I could put it into words. We humans are not only connected to each other, we are also deeply woven together with nature, with the animals and with the greater whole.
Often this shows so clearly that I feel another person’s pain in my own body.

For me, connectedness means being there and listening without judging. And passing on what has helped me on my own path.

At around seven, I saw energy bubbles for the first time. When I lay in bed at night and couldn’t sleep, these soap-bubble-like shapes came streaming into our children’s room in waves. I loved watching these colourful spheres. After my stepfather died, they were gone forever. I was eleven then. In 2010, I felt the pain of others in my own body for the first time. I was completely at the mercy of these sensations. Of course no medication helped, and I searched for answers. Today I know that I was lost in the outside world back then. I had lost touch with myself, and instead of feeling myself and my own needs, I felt everyone around me.

Then in 2013 came the collapse. A burnout pulled me out of just functioning for a long time. I found my way back step by step, in nature and with the courage to look closely and to feel. Slowly I allowed myself breaks, accepted my own mistakes without falling into a crisis, and said “no” without a guilty conscience.

To understand my perceptions better, I trained as a coach and then as a sensitive medium consultant at the Apamed in Jona. Since then, I keep returning to the Arthur Findlay College in England, where I continue my training in healing and mediumship.
Since 2017, I have been accompanying people in my own practice in Rapperswil-Jona, online or through distance healing. At the Apamed, where it all began, I now teach seminars myself.
