General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
   These terms apply to all services offered by Elisabeth Villar Connected, including individual sessions in my practice, online or as distance healing, intuitive readings, animal communication, circles, private lessons and team events.
    

2. Appointments
   We arrange appointments personally by WhatsApp, email or phone. Once I have confirmed your appointment, it is binding. By booking, you confirm that you are of legal age.
    

3. Cancellation
   If you cannot attend an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. In that case there is no charge. For later cancellations or if you do not attend, the full amount will be charged.
    

4. Payment
   You can pay by Twint (Switzerland only) or by bank transfer in advance. Online sessions, distance healing and animal communication are paid in advance. You will receive my bank details with the appointment confirmation. Other arrangements, such as payment by invoice, can be agreed personally if needed.
    

5. No promise of healing
   I am a trained healer and certified coach. I do not promise healing, and I do not give diagnoses or prognoses. My work does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment, it complements it. If you have physical or emotional complaints, please consult your doctor or therapist. Please continue to take any medication as agreed with them. The same applies to animals, my work does not replace a vet.
    

6. Confidentiality
   What you tell me stays with me. I do not pass anything on.
    

7. Seminars
   For seminars at the Apamed Fachschule, the Apamed terms and conditions apply.
    

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
   Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Rapperswil-Jona.
