Who is responsible for your data
Your privacy matters to me. Here you can read which data I process when you visit my website or get in touch with me, and why.

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where it applies to visitors from the EU, it also takes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account.
Which data I process and why
Contact form and email. When you write to me through the form or by email, I process your name, your email address and your message. I need this to reply to you and to arrange an appointment.
WhatsApp. When you write to me on WhatsApp, I see your phone number, your name and your messages. WhatsApp belongs to Meta Platforms. Meta may process data under its own rules, also outside Switzerland. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please send me an email.
Sessions. I do not take notes during sessions. Sometimes I record a session as a voice message so you can listen to it again. I send it to you and then delete it on my side. In sessions you sometimes share things about your health or your life. This information is particularly sensitive. I treat it confidentially and never pass it on without your explicit consent.
Payment. For payment I process your name, the amount and the date. With a bank transfer, your bank also processes your data under its own privacy rules.
My website
Wix. My website runs on Wix.com Ltd. in Israel. Wix stores the website and the data from the contact form on servers in the EU and the USA, among others. When you visit the site, technical details are recorded, for example your IP address, your browser and the time. This is needed for the site to work and stay secure.
Cookies. Cookies are small files your browser stores. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. I only set all other cookies if you agree in the cookie banner. The banner is provided by Usercentrics. You can change your choice at any time using the fingerprint icon on the contact page or on this page.
Google Maps. On the contact page I show a map from Google. Google may receive data such as your IP address, also in the USA.
Google Ads. I advertise with Google Ads. If you agree, Google measures whether someone comes to my site through an ad and then writes to me. I only see numbers, not who you are. Without your consent, this measurement does not take place.
Facebook and Instagram. My website has links to my Facebook and Instagram profiles. Only when you click on them do you go to Meta, and Meta's privacy rules apply there.
Sharing, other countries and storage
Sharing. I never sell your data. I only share it with the services named above that I need for my work, or when the law requires it.
Data in other countries. Some of these services process data outside Switzerland, for example in the EU, in Israel or in the USA. Where the level of data protection is not considered equivalent, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Storage. I keep your data only as long as I need it for our work together or as the law requires. In Switzerland I must keep accounting records for ten years. After that I delete your data.
Security. I protect your data with appropriate measures. The website is encrypted (https).
Your rights
You can ask me at any time which data I hold about you. You can ask me to correct wrong information or to delete your data, as far as I am not required to keep it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example for cookies.

If you feel I am not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you live in the EU, the data protection authority in your country is responsible.
Changes
I update this privacy policy when something changes on my website or in my work. The version published here applies.
